How to get help expediently
When you open a support ticket for your issue, provide as much detail as possible to enable customer service agents give you help with as few follow-up questions as possible.
Don't exaggerate your problem; doing so might mislead the customer service agent and delay the resolution of your issue. Be polite in your interaction.
Check the status of your request from time to time to see if further information is required from you. You will also get an email alert when an agent messages you on your issue.
